By buying or downloading from Adventure Math (mathreps.net), you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and plain.
What you're buying
Our products are downloadable PDF workbooks. When you purchase one, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use it for your own household or a single classroom. Print as many copies as you need for those kids.
What you may not do
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly post the files or their contents.
- Share the files with other households, schools, or distribution channels.
- Remove or alter the license footer that's stamped on each page.
Each PDF is watermarked with the buyer's email to discourage redistribution.
Intellectual property
All content remains the property of Adventure Math. Your purchase grants a license to use it under these terms, not ownership of the content.
Refunds
Digital downloads are generally final, but we'll make it right if something's wrong — see our Refund Policy.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Our workbooks are provided "as is," as a supplemental learning aid, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
