Digital downloads are generally final — once a file has been delivered, it can't really be "returned." But your happiness matters more to us than a few dollars.
If something's wrong, we'll make it right
If a file is defective, won't open, isn't as described, or you simply bought it by mistake, email us at support@mathreps.net within 7 days of your purchase and we'll fix it or refund you — no hassle and no interrogation.
How to request a refund
- Email support@mathreps.net from the address you used at checkout.
- Tell us which book (or the combo) you bought.
- A one-line reason helps us improve, but it isn't required.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within a few business days.
